Step One: The new client calls, we qualify them over the phone. By this request two years worth of W-2 forms, a recent check stub, and bank account of seven thousand dollars.
- The Planner -
Step Two: After screening we set up a meeting with our planner. The planner will access your financial position strengths and weaknesses. At that point we go over contracts in detail. This process takes two weeks to one month, based upon planner's approval.

Step Three: Once again we go over contracts in detail: terms, titles verbal definitions. This screening takes two weeks based upon submitted broker report.

Step Four: Contracts are presented, time frame sixty to ninety days including escrow.
The process of procuring a foreclosure

Step Five: The approved client will (peruse) our web sit of perspective homes, choosing up to 300 units.
Step Six: Our in-house appraiser will access the site property, return a detailed report. If favorable by the Director and Committee, the offer is made.
Step Seven: Broker closes the deal and one by one Dreams Are Created.

Subject Pre-Foreclosure
San Diego now has over ten thousand families in pre-foreclosure. Resources is prepared to issue ten thousand dollars to four to eight families each quarter. These funds will come directly from the $800,000 set aside for down payments. Priority will be given to single parent families, minorities, and people on the lower end of the spectrum of $55,000-120,000.
This benefit shall double every year as our team expands.
Pre-requisites for receiving this benefit:
- A maximum of two months in the rears
- At least three years of residency at the current residence
- Proof that payments can be made in a timely manner, including submission of W-2s and payroll stubs
